Shipping Information

  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this stage, Chloe and Co Baby does not offer international shipping.

  • What are your shipping rates?
    We offer a flat rate of $14.99 for domestic shipping.
    We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $199.

  • How long will delivery take?

    • Standard Shipping: $15, 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: $25, delivered within 1–4 business days

    • Local Delivery (Griffith NSW 2680): Available within 2 business days on request.

    • $200+ Free Shipping
      Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.

      Please note, after a product launch or sale period, processing times may take 1-2 business days longer for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.

      Orders are processed pending payment approval.

      Orders placed from Friday 4pm (AEST) or over the weekend will be shipped the following week.

      GST and postage will be calculated during checkout. Rest assured, there are no hidden surprises upon delivery.

       

       

Returns & Exchanges

  • Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
    Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.

  • What if my item is faulty?
    If you receive a product with a manufacturer fault, please contact our team. We’ll happily work with you to arrange a replacement.

    Our products are locally designed and hand packaged. Manufactured offshore, allowing us to bring you the best quality and value for money.

  • How are the items presented?
    Every Chloe and Co Baby gift is beautifully packaged in bespoke, luxury-inspired wrapping, making it as special to give as it is to receive.
